Its not 'just swimming'! Hydrotherapy is a form of physiotherapy performed in warm, sanitised  water. It is a controlled form of exercise and rehabilitation, used to strengthen and support injured and/or damaged joints and muscles. Hydrotherapy can be static, partial or non weight bearing depending on the condition and needs of your pet. We also have a Hot Spa for use by all our patients as a single treatment option or combined with a hydro session.

Physiotherapy is a land based form of rehabilitation involving exercises and equipment to help strengthen and support injured and/or damaged joints and muscles. Each treatment plan is personalised to you pet's condition and needs. We also use a stance analysis machine, which can measure the loading of each limb and help to identify lameness and offloading. This tool is vital in all our treatment plans for physiotherapy and canine hydrotherapy

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse I can offer the best nutritional advice and treatment programme to help your pet combat the fat!
